We helped them launch a brand new company and create a powerful new brand by focusing on what our InsideOut Transformation process uncovered: that their greatest asset was their people.

Because behind every machine being serviced was an entire organization of people with the expertise, precision, and urgency to keep patient care moving ahead. Elite, trusted problem solvers who gave us the inspiration for everything, from developing the new name of the company, Solutech; to describing the dedicated people who work there, The Solutionists; to designing and building all the components of the brand.

In an arena that typically relys on staid, predictable “parts and service”-type marketing and advertising, this was a colorful, breakthrough approach that made Solutech a standout.
