We helped them launch a brand new company and create a powerful new brand by focusing on what our InsideOut Transformation process uncovered: that their greatest asset was their people.

In the healthcare equipment repair space, it’s critical for as little downtime to occur as possible – lives depend on it. And this new company was more than up to the challenge. Because behind every machine being serviced was an entire organization of people with the expertise, precision, and urgency to keep patient care moving ahead. Elite, trusted problem solvers who gave us the inspiration for everything, from developing the new name of the company, Solutech; to describing the dedicated people who work there, The Solutionists; to designing and building all the components of the brand.

We developed a strong, grid-based design system that evoked high-tech, sophistication and creative problem-solving all coming together. In an arena that typically relys on staid, predictable “parts and service”-type marketing and advertising, this was a colorful, breakthrough approach that made Solutech a standout.

We looked at this team in a different way: These were the Avengers, The A-Team, the Power Rangers. The heroes behind the scenes who solve the critical equipment problems that keep the frontline of oncology and imaging going.

That’s the story we tell. It’s a story of brains, technology, and speed. One told in a fresh, exciting way against a colorful, techy look and feel. It’s smart thinking that both those on the outside and inside of the company can rally around.
